We aim to dispatch all orders promptly to ensure you receive your Tape Up products as quickly as possible.
Standard Delivery
Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days from dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation via email.
If you require a faster delivery option or have specific delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
If you paid using Klarna, your refund will be issued in line with Klarna’s refund process.
